Only one account is permitted per individual, household, IP address, or device. If multiple accounts are found, bonuses may be cancelled and all associated accounts may be closed.

Account Security & Verification

3.1 Password & Login Security

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 for each method.
  • Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
  • Deposits through third parties are prohibited.
  • Once a deposit is successful, it will be added to your balance immediately.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawal processing typically takes 5–30 minutes.
  • All wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
  • Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
  • It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.

Important: Only real-money balance earned fairly can be withdrawn. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

999bc follows a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. If suspicious transactions are detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Only funds from legitimate sources are acceptable for deposits.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

999bc offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making the total balance ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the original deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before funds earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

  • Bonuses may only be used on eligible games on the platform.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
  • Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • If a deposit is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any funds earned from it will be forfeited.
  • If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.4 Other Promotions

999bc may offer additional promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is announced. 999bc reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time at its discretion.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on the 999bc platform are operated fairly and transparently. The platform uses secure and reliable technology, and all transactions are protected through SSL encryption. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Software Errors

Abnormal payouts or results caused by technical errors, software bugs, or system failures will not be considered valid. In such cases, 999bc reserves the right to void the relevant bets and correct the balance.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting is available on various tournaments including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL. If any irregularity or fraudulent activity is detected in betting, the relevant bets will be voided.

6.4 Game Provider Rules

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bc platform. If such activities are detected, the account may be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited:

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.

  • Attempting unauthorised access to or modification of the platform's systems or software.
  • Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
  • Using a third party's account or payment method.
  • Attempting to influence or manipulate game outcomes.

  • Using an account for commercial purposes or resale.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure at 999bc's Discretion

999bc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following cases:

  • Violation of any clause in these Terms.
  • Suspected fraud or cheating.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false information.
  • Legal authority directive.
  • Technical investigation required.

8.2 Closure at User's Initiative

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact us at [email protected]. Withdraw all valid balances before closing. Any bonus balance will be forfeited at the time of closure.

8.3 Steps After Closure

After an account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any valid real-money balance will be provided, unless the balance has been forfeited due to fraud or another violation. For disputed account closures, please contact the support team.
